I saw Raymond Blanc do a cookery demonstration at the Bristol Food and Wine Fair recently. It was an absolute pleasure to watch him. We might know him for his sophisticated Michelin Star food he delivers at Le Manoir in Oxfordshire, but the dishes he prepared that day were easy. The type that anyone could go home and knock up for a dinner party.
It was obvious he loved doing what he does. He was passionate, charming, funny, he was knowledgeable and he knew how to communicate to the audience.
I think sometimes we forget why we are in business and the joie de vivre we had when we started our business gets hidden behind the sofa.
If this has happened to you, then what are you going to do to find it again?
