How I work

Before you can decide if I am the right person to help you, you need to feel comfortable that you know who I am and what type of job I will do for you. To this end I always offer a free introductory meeting. At this meeting we will discuss what your expectations are and how I might meet them.

Once we are both happy that we can work together, there are certain guarantees I will make to you:

What you see is what you get.

It's vital to me that I can guarantee a high level of service for my customers. This means I do not have a team of backroom staff, lower qualified than I am, who do much of the work. I do it all. This means I can ensure terrific value and service.

Focussed attention.

I only have a small number of clients at any one time. This means that you can get hold of me when you need to and your business gets the focussed attention it deserves.

Fixed fees.

Before I do any work for you, we will decide on the exact type of service you need, enabling me to give you a fixed price for that service. My charging is based on the jobs I do for you, not the time I spend working. This means you can meet with me, or phone me with questions and comments, in the knowledge that you won't be paying any extra. This is vital to ensuring I provide you with the best service I can. Only by encouraging you to seek my advice when you need it, can I ensure you get the service you deserve.

I won't judge you.

Your ambitions for your business are very personal to you. I will never judge you or try to fit you into a pre-defined mould based on preconceptions about what a successful business, or businessperson, looks like. Your business is only successful if it is meeting YOUR expectations.
